How long have you been doing makeup and hair?

I graduated from Cosmix Fort Lauderdale in 2011! (Makes me feel old seasoned) I immediately started working in fashion and commercial but found my love for weddings in 2015.

What’s the wedding process like?

First, I always like to do a virtual meeting to put some character behind the “characters" in our emails. Then we set a date and time for your trial, sign contract, coordinate wedding timeline with your photographer and then have the most amazing morning of your life! Finally, we become friends and I do your makeup or hair for your future special events!

How do you sanitize your makeup and hair brushes?

During an event I sanitize all of my products and brushes between clients with professional grade cleaner which kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria. Then, after events I deep clean each brush and wipe down all products in my kit with alcohol.

Do I meet you before the wedding?

We 100% of the time will meet before your wedding. I do not work on wedding clients if we haven't done a trial. This is one of the most special days of your life and we're working on your face so this isn't something we want to “wing". Plus, us meeting creates a more personal connection which makes the morning much more enjoyable for both of us.

What should I have on my skin before our appointment?

Come with a clean face. I do a full skin prep before starting appointments so I will apply serums, moisturizers and masks as needed.

Should my hair be wet or dirty?

Come with your hair clean and dry. If I need to dampen your hair or make it “dirty" I will do so with products I have in my kit. As for when to clean your hair, you know yourself better than I do so if you need to wash it the night before or the morning of, I leave that up to you.

Do I need to bring anything?

I have everything I'll need to do your service but if you have a particular product that you absolutely love or want to wear then feel free to bring that along.
